Adlek Sirrah Events

My Executive Planning Board is the best there is!  They know how I complete tasks, how I like events to be ran and they communicate that to anyone that comes into our planning and execution space of any Empowerment Brunch!  We work hard to ensure every woman in attendance leaves with a feeling of being empowered.  JaVonte has only been working with me for a few years, but from the first event I saw him decorate, I knew he had to be a part of my events because his creative eye is on point, and his ability to bring my visions to life in event form is amazing!  Monica has a creative eye and is the one to go to for DIY ideas to bring forth the creative décor we need to make the brunches magical…not only is she the Creative Vision Coordinator, but she is also an amazing make-up artist and does all of our make-up for each event.  Barbara is the newest member of my team, but you would think she has been with me forever! She OWNS ensuring that all of our events are branded properly; I often joke that she would have me brand my underwear if she could….lol!  Jana has been with me with me the longest and has shared many event experiences with me!  She knows my quirks and is often the one that gets the brunt of my PlannerZilla energy, but all in all, we are a team that works well together and everything we do for our events and for each other is all in the name of love for empowering!
